What are your delivery timelines?
We usually deliver within 4-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can track your shipment in real time.
Which courier partners deliver my order?
Delivery depends on your location. Shiprocket automatically chooses from:
- Delhivery
- Bluedart
- Xpressbees
- Shadowfax
- India Post
(whichever is fastest for your area)
What happens if delivery fails?
If you miss the delivery attempt, the courier will usually try 2-3 times.
You'll also receive Shiprocket SMS updates to reschedule delivery.
What if the product delivered, is not up to the mark and I want to return it?
Well, in that case, it is perfectly fine for us to take it back, but it should be returned within 2 days after you receive the courier.
